Services

I offer individual virtual therapy for adults across Texas—a consistent, supportive space to explore challenges, reconnect with yourself, and move toward the life you want to live. Sessions are 50 minutes long, typically held weekly, and delivered through secure video calls so you can receive care from the comfort and privacy of home.

Virtual therapy offers flexibility and accessibility without compromising depth, presence, or personal connection. We’ll work together at a pace that feels steady and respectful, building a process that supports emotional safety, honesty, and real change over time.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship concerns, trauma, or major life transitions, therapy can help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface and shift patterns that no longer fit. Our work is grounded in curiosity, respect, and compassion, with an emphasis on both insight and practical tools.

My approach is integrative and tailored to your goals. Depending on what you need, I may draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Attachment-Based Therapy, mindfulness practices, and an existential lens—always shaping the work around what is most helpful for you.

Creating a safe, inclusive, and affirming space is foundational to my practice. I welcome individuals of all cultural backgrounds, gender identities, and sexual orientations, and I’m committed to offering care that is culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and grounded in real presence.

For clients seeking deeper experiential work, I also offer in-person Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) in Austin. Learn more about how KAP works.
